WE ACCEPT MOST HEALTH INSURANCES.  Please contact your insurance prior to making an appointment to verify plan coverage and be sure to ask for the following checklists:

• Payment responsibility if your insurance does not cover any portion of the treatment fee.
• Your diagnosis/condition(s).
• Treatments limitation per calendar year.
• Deductible and/or copay requirements.
• PCP’s (Primary Care Physician) referral and/or insurance’s authorization for acupuncture services.
